Welcome to Favorites4Me (“Favorites4Me,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, mobile app, or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Favorites4Me.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Favorites4Me, you confirm that you:

  • Will comply with all applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws (including those of the State of Utah).

2. About Favorites4Me

Favorites4Me helps people discover trusted local service providers and businesses through authentic personal recommendations, not ads or ratings. Our mission is to make local discovery more human, transparent, and community-driven.

3. Accounts and Responsibilities

Some features require a user account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration details.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Favorites4Me reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Favorites4Me to:

  • Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.

  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.

  • Engage in unlawful or fraudulent activities.

  • Access, modify, or disrupt our systems or data.

  • Attempt to copy or reverse engineer our software.

Violation of this section may result in account termination or legal action.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All site content, trademarks, code, and design elements are the property of Favorites4Me or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of Favorites4Me’s intellectual property without express written permission.

6. User-Generated Content

By posting or submitting content (“Favorites,” recommendations, comments, or other materials), you grant Favorites4Me a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with providing the Service. You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party and that you have the right to grant this license.

7. Third-Party Links & Services

Favorites4Me may include links or integrations with third-party tools such as Google, Meta, or LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of these third parties. You use them at your own risk and should review their terms independently.

8. Beta Access Disclaimer

Favorites4Me is currently in beta.
By participating, you acknowledge that:

  • Features and functionality may change, break, or be removed at any time.

  • Data may be modified or deleted during testing.

  • The Service is provided “as is” without guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or performance.

We appreciate your feedback to help improve the platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Favorites4Me provides its Service “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Favorites4Me disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed under Utah and U.S. law, Favorites4Me, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid to Favorites4Me in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Favorites4Me and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service.

  • Violation of these Terms or applicable law.

  • Infringement of third-party rights by your content or actions.

12. Termination

Favorites4Me may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, if you breach these Terms or act in a way that harms the Service or its users. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@favorites4me.com.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally.
When we do, we’ll post the revised version and update the “Last updated” date above.Your continued use after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. -Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
